But, this means for people wanting to sell, you have the market cornered. However, if you are a buyer, even though it is a Seller's Market, you still have rates that are historically low. This means very low mortgages and with prices appreciating so quickly (approximately 3-5% per month), you will have instant equity. People who bought last year at this time have homes that have appreciated approximately 23%! That is amazing!
