The Weather is Heating Up, and so is this Real Estate Market!
As you can see, we have 8.3% fewer listings than at the same time last year! Crazy considering we were in the midst of a pandemic last year! But, this means for people wanting to sell, you have the market cornered. It is pretty common right now to receive offers $30,000-100,000 over your asking price, with appraisal gap waivers,
